Amaresha K, Co-Founder 

Amaresh is a Bangalore-based Yoga Practitioner/ Teacher. He acquired a Diploma in Theatre and Drama from Ninasam Theatre institute and continued with a diploma in Dance from Attakalari Centre for movement arts, which included intensive training in multiple dance forms/disciplines such as Kalaripayattu, Bharatanatyam, Contemporary, and Ballet. He holds a Master’s Degree in Yogic Sciences from Bangalore University. He then Completed his Basic Yoga Vedanta Course from Divine Life Society Rishikesh, having also finished RYT200 and RYT300 back in 2012. Since then he has been training Yoga in the Hatha yoga tradition, besides practicing Ashtanga yoga for personal Sadhana.

Dr. Aravind Bhat 

Dr. Aravind Bhat is a storehouse of Vedic knowledge and has extensive teaching experience for students as well as teachers. He spent his formative years in Veda Vijnana in Bangalore which follows the Gurukula system of education. He went on to do his BSc in Yogic Science from SVYASA and later completed his B.Ed. from Mysore University. He holds a Ph.D from Mangalore University. He has taught Veda and Sastras for 6 years at Veda Vijnana Gurukulam. He is working as an Assistant Professor in Ashwini Ayurvedic Medical College and Chief Yoga Therapist in Ashwini Ayurvedic Hospital.

Charan CS, Co-Founder

Charan is a Yoga Practitioner & Teacher. While following his passion for performing arts, he studied Hindustani Music, Diploma in Theater Arts from Ninasam Theatre Institute, Diploma in Dance from Attakalari Centre for movement arts. This brought him opportunities to perform across the globe. He pursued his Master’s in Yogic Science with a Gold medal from Bangalore University. He also completed his Yoga Teachers’ Training Course with the title ‘Yoga Siromani’ and Advanced Teachers’ Training Course with ‘Yoga Acharya’ at Sivananda Yoga, India. He has completed Ayush ‘Level 3’ Yoga teacher and evaluator (YT&E) Course and International RYT 200, RYT 500 certification. As a Hatha Yoga Practitioner, Charan's aim in teaching Yoga is to motivate people to move toward higher consciousness.

Ms. Meera Narayanan 

Ms. Meera Narayanan is an ardent and passionate student of yoga, who has been learning and practicing this discipline for the last 20 years. She is the co-founder of Shaswatham Eternal Yoga. She had done her M.Sc. Yoga Therapy from Svyasa University and was a B.Sc. Gold medalist in yoga therapy. She also holds a diploma in Bhagavad Gita from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan. She teaches in various institutions as a yoga consultant also she conducts yoga therapy workshops.

Dr. Vishwanatha MS 

Dr. Vishwanath M V currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in Amrita Darshanam , International Centre for Spiritual Studies, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He is also serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Heritage Sciences at IIT-Hyderabad. His thesis titled Śrīmadvālmīkirāmāyaṇe Saṃvādavimarśaḥ was awarded with a PhD from BHU, Varanasi. His research areas include Sanskrit literature, Rāmāyaṇa, Sāmkhya Philosophy, Arthaśāstram, Nimitta, Śakuna and Phalita Jyautiṣam.

Ms Luvena Rangel

Luvena is founder of The Curvy Yogi and one of Bangalore’s leading Yoga Anatomy, Physiology and Wellness Educator. She is also an E-RYT Yoga instructor, with an academic background in medicine, Holistic Health as well as teaching certifications in Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Education & Meditation from Deepak Chopra’s Center for Wellbeing. She is an expert advisor to Yoga Alliance Standards Review Project in the Inclusion workgroup. She is also an Accessible Yoga Ambassador promoting and offering accessible yoga sessions to all individuals.

Dr. Shubha Chethan 

Dr Shubha Chetan is an ayurvedic doctor by profession and has completed Ayurveda from GCIM Bangalore. She has completed her PGDYT in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA university in 2015 and has been practicing a combined approach of ayurveda and yoga to bring better relief and healing to patients. She also is a certified prenatal yoga therapist. With a firm belief that each person can lead a healthy and happy life by following Ayurveda and Yoga as a lifestyle she strives to bring awareness of both these systems of ancient science to her patients and participants alike.
